Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods: 100 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (laparoscopic minimally invasive myomectomy treatment) and the control group (traditional laparotomy treatment) with 50 patients each. Results: The observation group had fewer complications and intraoperative bleeding, and the operation time, the first exhaust time and the total hospital stay were shorter (P＜0.05); After treatment, the VAS, VRS, PPI scores, serum C-reactive protein and leukocyte levels in the observation group were lower, and the quality of life scores were higher (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The clinical value of laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine leiomyoma is very significant, and it can obtain more ideal therapeutic effect.
