Objective To analyze the effect of contractual nursing management applied to patients with vaginitis. Methods: 80 patients with vaginitis admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into routine group and observation group, and the application effect of the two groups was compared.Results: The level of nursing compliance, self-care ability and hope in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the conventional group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Contractual nursing management can effectively improve patients'' drug compliance and self-care ability, and is not easy to relapse.
