Objective To explore the application effect of 5S management combined with information management in equipment cleaning of disinfection supply center.Methods: 1000 pieces of medical devices received from the disinfection supply Center of our hospital from February 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research object, among which 500 pieces of medical devices received before the implementation of 5S management method combined information management from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the control group. From March 2020 to April 2021, 500 pieces of medical devices received after the implementation of 5S management method and combined information management were selected as the observation group. The cleaning quality and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results: The qualified rates of cleaning by visual method and ATP fluorescence method in observation group were 98.90％ and 97.20％, respectively, higher than 95.60％ and 92.40％ in control group (P ＜ 0.05). The satisfaction of instrument use in observation group (96.00％) was higher than that in control group (84.00％) (P＜0.05). Conclusion: 5S management combined with information management can improve the cleaning quality of equipment in the disinfection supply center and medical staff''s satisfaction with the use of equipment.
