Objective To study the application value of PCR test and bacterial culture method in vaginal bacterial test. Methods: The researchers in this study were patients with bacterial vaginitis. A total of 104 cases were selected for the study. The study time was from 2020.12 to 2022.12. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, both of which were 52 cases. PCR test and bacterial culture method were applied to the patients respectively, and the positive rate of the two tests and the status of bacterial types were compared. Results: The positive rate of PCR was higher than that of bacterial culture; Among the types of bacteria detected by PCR, the detection rate of Gartner''s bacteria, Enterococcus and Corynebacterium was higher than that by bacterial culture; There was significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection rate of different types of bacteria by PCR in vaginal bacterial test is high, which has high clinical application value.
