摘要
目的:研究分析阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾联合阿奇霉素在治疗小儿肺炎治疗效果.方法:选择我院2020年1月-2022年1月接诊的160例患者,按照随机数字表法将患者均分成实验组和对照组,每组患者80例,实验组患者进行阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组患者则进行常规的药物治疗(阿奇霉素治疗),对比两组患者临床治疗情况,以及患者治疗前后血清炎症情况,本次实验参考的数据有CRP、IL-6、TNF-α,总结治疗期间发生的不良反应.结果:从治疗情况上分析发现:实验组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组,实验组治疗有效率3
Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of amoxicillin / potassium clavulanate and azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods: select 160 patients in January 2020-January 2022, according to the random number table method, patients are divided into experimental group and control group, 80 patients in each group, amoxicillin / clavulanate potassium combined with azithromycin treatment, control group patients are conventional drug treatment (azithromycin treatment), comparing the two groups of clinical treatment, and the serum inflammation of patients before and after the experimental reference data have CRP, IL-6 and T NF- α, summarizing the adverse effects occurring during treatment.
