Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of fentanyl (2/10) combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) .Methods: A total of 100 women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) from February 2002 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (N = 50) and control group (N = 50) . The 2021 were treated with fentanyl (2/10), the remaining 50 patients were enrolled in the Combined Group with metformin pretreatment on the basis of single treatment. The efficacy and safety of drug therapy were compared. Results:The sex hormone index, Endocrine Index, pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of the combined group were better than those of the single group, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower than that of the single group (p < 0.05) .Conclusion:FENMOTOP(2/10) combined with metformin preconditioning was effective and safe in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
