Objective To analyze the application value of fast track surgery concept in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery. Methods: 72 patients with cardiothoracic surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, of which 36 patients in the control group were given routine care, while 36 patients in the observation group were given guiding care with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. Contrast intervention effect. Results: Compared with the control group, the first defecation, general food recovery and overall hospitalization time in the observation group were relatively shorter, the incidence of complications was lower, the nursing satisfaction was higher, and the patients'' comfort score was higher, with significant differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to the perioperative nursing care of patients in cardiothoracic surgery can promote their recovery as soon as possible, improve their comfort and satisfaction.
