Objective To analyze the clinical effect of preoperative hematoma morphology on hematoma clearance rate after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery. Methods: The study samples were all patients who came to our hospital for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery from January 202to December 2022. A total of 40 patients were divided into two groups based on the difference of hematoma morphology before surgery. All patients were treated with minimally invasive hematoma puncture and drainage, and were named irregular group and regular group, 23 patients and 17 patients respectively. The postoperative results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The results showed that the residual amount of hematoma in the regular group was significantly less than that in the irregular group after the operation and 1 and 3 days after the operation, and the hematoma clearance rate was significantly higher than that in the irregular group. At the same time, the NIHSS and MRS scores of the regular group after the operation and the prognosis effect of the three months after the operation were significantly better than those in the irregular group. The above differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The preoperative hematoma shape has certain influence on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Regular hematoma shape can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, and is more suitable for minimally invasive drainage surgery.
