Objective To analyze the effect of individualized psychological nursing mode on the improvement of mental state of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystolithiasis surgery. Methods: The analysis objects were selected from 150 cases of laparoscopic cholecystolithione surgery patients treated in our hospital in 2022.1～2022.12, 122 cases met the criteria, random number method grouping analysis, 66 cases of routine nursing into the control group, 56 cases of routine nursing plus personalized psychological nursing into the study group, the nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results: SDS score and SAS score were better than others (P＜0.05). In the study group, nursing satisfaction (98.21％) was significantly higher (P＜0.05), compliance (96.43％) was significantly better (P＜0.05), and quality of life was significantly better (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Individualized psychological nursing model is more effective for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystolithiasis operation.
