Objective To explore the specific application value of urinary glucose (U-GLU) and urinary microalbumin (MAU) in the diagnosis and treatment of early renal injury in diabetes. Methods: 240 patients admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. Results: The levels of U-GLU and MAU in patients with early renal injury in DM in the study group were the highest, while those in the control group were the lowest. P< 0.05 (statistically significant); The positive rates of U-GLU and MAU in the study group (65.00%) were higher than those in the control group 1 and control group 2 (39.17% and 5.83% respectively), and there was statistical significance between the data groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The levels of U-GLU and MAU in patients with early renal injury in DM are high, and the results of U-GLU and MAU test are of great value in the diagnosis of early renal injury in DM.
