Objective To study the important impact of key control points on blood quality and safety during blood collection in blood stations. Methods: Taking January to December 2021 as the pre-improvement group, routine nursing was carried out; Take January to December 2022 as the improved group, and take the key control points as the core for nursing, and compare the effect. Results: After the improvement of the key control points of blood collection in the blood station, the blood scrap rate was 0.44％ (4/900), and the adverse reaction rate of blood donors was 0.89％ (8/900), which was significantly lower than that before the improvement; The score of blood donors'' satisfaction with blood collection nursing was (97.15 ± 1.28), which was significantly higher than that before improvement (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of key control point measures can reduce the rate of blood scrap and adverse reactions, and improve nursing satisfaction.
