Objective Effect of Community Nursing Management Model Health Education on prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods: 60 patients with hypertension from 2021.1 to 2022.1 in our community were randomly divided into two groups, on the basis of this, the study group carried out health education of community nursing management model, and observed the cognitive degree of disease and the improvement of blood pressure level of the two groups. Results: the score of disease cognition was higher in the study group (p ＜ 0.05) , the levels of SBP and DBP were no difference between the two groups before intervention (P ＞ 0.05) , but lower in the Study Group 3 months after intervention (p ＜ 0.05) . Conclusion: the application of community nursing management model in the prevention and treatment of hypertension has a significant effect on health education, which can effectively improve the patients'' cognition of the disease and is beneficial to the control of blood pressure.
