Objective To study the application effect of continuous quality improvement method in blood collection nursing in blood station. Methods: Take the period from January 2022 to June 2022 as the control group, implement routine nursing, and take the period from July 2022 to December 2022 as the observation group, and carry out continuous quality improvement. Compare nursing effects. Results: During the blood collection period, the blood scrap rate in the observation group was 1.00％ (1/100), and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.00％ (2/100), which was significantly lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.00％ (96/100), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the continuous quality improvement program can reduce the blood scrap rate, reduce adverse reactions, and promote the satisfaction of blood donors, which has practical promotion value.
