摘要
目的:探讨医院感染管理中医护一体院感防控模式的应用效果.方法:选择2021年10月-2022年12月我院ICU住院治疗患者200例与医护人员50名,按照医护一体院感防控模式开展时间的前后划分为各100例患者与25名医护人员的对照组与研究组,对比两组医院感染发生率、医护人员院感防控质量以及调查患者的满意度.结果:研究组医护人员责任意识、手卫生执行、自我防范意识、消毒隔离处置、多重耐药处置、传染病监测上报、职业暴露后处置及医疗废弃物处置评分分别高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组患者对医护人员的服务态度、责任意
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated hospital infection prevention and control mode in hospital infection management. Methods: choose in October 2021-December 2022 our hospital ICU hospitalized patients 200 patients with medical staff 50, according to the medical integrated hospital control mode before and after of the time is divided into 100 patients and 25 medical staff control group and research group, comparing two groups of hospital infection incidence, medical staff hospital sense quality control and investigate the satisfaction of patients. Results: The scores of responsibility, hand hygiene execution, self-prevention, disinfection, multiple resistant disposal, infectious disease monitoring, post-exposure disposal and medical waste disposal were higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05); the scores of service attitude, responsibility consciousness, operational skills and safety management satisfaction were higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05); the incidence of hospital infection in the study group was 1.00％, lower than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of integrated hospital infection prevention and control mode in hospital infection management can effectively improve the quality of hospital infection prevention and control of medical staff, reduce the risk of hospital infection, and improve the clinical satisfaction of patients, which is worth promoting.
