Objective To analyze the gastroscopic manifestations and pathological diagnosis results of chronic atrophic gastritis, and make comparisons. Methods A total of 147 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected for gastroscopy diagnosis and pathological diagnosis, and the two diagnosis results were compared. Results Chronic atrophic gastritis under gastroscopy showed red and white mucosa, thinning of the mucosa, mainly white, granular or nodular mucosal surface, disappeared or flat mucosal folds;129 patients in this group met the pathological criteria , The coincidence rate was 87.76％, and the difference between the results of gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the actual diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis, the effect of gastroscopy combined with pathological diagnosis is more prominent, which can effectively improve the clinical accuracy of the disease, and should be further promoted in the clinic.
