摘要

目的:探讨分析提高门诊西药房药学服务工作质量的方法.方法:选择2021年9月-2022年9月我院门诊接受患者114例,参照组进行常规服务,实验组在常规服务的基础上实施门诊药学服务质量管理.结果:参照组的服务质量评分远差于实验组(P<0.05);实验组患者对于药学服务的满意程度更高(P<0.05).结论:实施门诊药学服务质量管理对于门诊西药房药学服务工作的质量具有明显作用,可以有效提升服务质量,升高服务满意程度.

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the methods to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in outpatient western pharmacy. Methods: 114 patients from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as outpatients, according to the reference group for routine services, and the experimental group implemented the quality management of outpatient pharmaceutical care on the basis of routine services. Results: The service quality score of the reference group was much worse than that of the experimental group (P <0.05); the experimental group was more satisfied with pharmaceutical care (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of outpatient pharmaceutical care quality management has an obvious effect on the quality of pharmaceutical care in outpatient western pharmacy, which can effectively improve the service quality and increase the service satisfaction degree.
