摘要

目的:探究以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中应用效果.方法:选取在2020年2月-2022年2月本院妇产科收治的100例患者,随机分为观察组(以人为本理念)和对照组(常规护理)各50人.结果:观察组护理满意度高,不良情绪、生活质量、健康行为、自我管理能力改善更明显(P＜0.05).结论:以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中应用效果十分显著.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of applying the human-centered concept in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology. METHODS: One hundred patients admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (person-centered concept) and a control group (conventional care) of 50 each. RESULTS: The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction and more significant improvement in poor mood, quality of life, health behavior, and self-management ability (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION: The application of person-centered concept in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management was very effective.
