Objective To analyze the clinical effect of alveolar expansion combined with GBR bone grafting in the treatment of dental dysplasia. Methods: From January 2021 to October 2021 as the study time interval, 80 patients with dental dysplasia were selected and all were treated with dental implants.The study subjects were divided into two groups based on the random number table method, all of which were 40 cases.The observation group was treated with alveolar expansion and GBR bone grafting, and the average healing time, alveolar bone absorption value around the implant after treatment and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the average healing time of the observation group was significantly lower (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The combined application of alveolar expansion and GBR bone grafting in the treatment of dental dysplasia during the period of dental implantation is highly effective and recommended for clinical application.
