目的:探讨分层次护理管理在院感控制中的效果,以及对质量指标评分的影响.方法:选择2020年1月-2020年12月我院住院治疗患者200例与护理人员40名,按照分层次护理管理实施时间的前后划分为各100例患者与20名护理人员的对照组与研究组,比较两组院感发生率、院感控制质量、患者满意度以及投诉率.结果:研究组院感发生率为1.00%,低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理文书记录、职业操作技能、手卫生管理、消毒隔离质量、无菌操作质量、感染事件处置质量评分各为(96.43±3.04)、(94.63±3.11)、
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical nursing management in hospital sense control and the influence on quality index score. Methods: Select 200 patients and 40 nurses from December 2020, and divided into a control group of 100 patients and 20 nurses from January 2020 according to the implementation time of hierarchical nursing management, to compare the incidence of hospital infection, hospital control quality, patient satisfaction and complaint rate.Results: The incidence in the study group was 1.00%, Lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The study group scored nursing document records, occupational operation skills, hand hygiene management, disinfection and isolation quality, quality of sterile operation,(96.43±3.04), (94.63±3.11), (95.52±3.08), (93.07±4.22), (96.64±3.01), (93.58±3.81), All the scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The patient satisfaction rate in the study group was 96.00%, Higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The total complaint rate of patients in the study group was 2.00%, Lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of hierarchical nursing management in hospital control can effectively enhance the quality of nursing management and the effect of hospital control, so as to reduce the occurrence of hospital control, improve patient satisfaction and reduce the complaint rate, which is worthy of promoting.
