Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing mode on improving the compliance of children in infusion room of outpatient department.Methods: 140 children who received infusion therapy in the infusion room of the outpatient department of the hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly divided into 70 cases in the control group (conventional nursing mode) and 70 cases in the research group (targeted nursing mode).The compliance and adverse reactions of the two groups of children with infusion therapy were observed, and the psychological changes of the children before and after nursing were evaluated by SAS and SDS scales.Finally, the satisfaction questionnaire made by the hospital was used. Results: The compliance rate of children in the study group was 92.86%, which was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group after nursing were (42.65 4.47) and (44.63 4.53) respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of children in the study group was 5.71%, which was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of children''s families in the study group was 97.14%, which was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Implementing targeted nursing mode for children in infusion room of pediatric outpatient department can significantly improve their compliance with infusion treatment, improve their psychological state, reduce the adverse reactions of infusion treatment, and improve the nursing satisfaction of their families, which is worth popularizing.
