Objective To observe the efficacy of copper Eschlorate hydrochloride injection and posterior branch block of spinal nerve in surgical treatment.Method: After discussion, the study will be implemented from July 2020 to July 2022.60 patients are selected from the available surgical information.According to the principle of double-blind method, the information should be matched by groups.The items mentioned in the follow-up comparison were pain status, changes in related indicators, and anesthesia results.Results: The control effect of pain in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and there was some difference between the groups (P＜0.05).The inhibition effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and there were some differences between the groups (P＜0.05).The selection tendency of the anesthetic measures in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a certain difference between the groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The injection of copper Eschlorate hydrochloride and posterior spinal nerve block can reduce the pain of patients during the operation and can be widely used.
