Objective To prevent postoperative recurrence and analyze its clinical effect.Methods 90 urinary stone patients in our hospital were selected from 2019 to 2021, and assigned into observation group and control group of 45 cases (each) according to different nursing methods.The observation group used continuation nursing, and the control group used routine nursing to observe the effect before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention, The postoperative stone recurrence and complication rate were lower than the control group, P＜0.05; Patients in the observation group had better clinical results than the control group, P＜0.05; The nursing effect of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, P＜0.05; Patients in the observation group had a lower postoperative pain sensation than those in the control group, P＜0.05; Patients in the observation group had better clinical symptom improvement time than the control group, P＜0.05; Conclusion Adopt the continuation of nursing service model, Is beneficial to improve the nursing effect, Reduce the complication rate, Strengthening self-care capacity, Improve clinical symptoms along with postoperative pain relief, Has a positive effect, The clinical effect was remarkable.
