Objective To analyze the impact of standardized accompanying care by midwives throughout the entire process on the pregnancy outcomes and psychological status of women undergoing painless delivery.Methods: 80 primiparous women who gave birth in our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n=40) and a study group (n=40) according to a random number table. Compare the application effects of two groups of patients.Results: After intervention, the duration of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, P＜0.05; The negative emotions of the study group were lower than those of the control group, P＜0.05; The pregnancy outcomes of the study group were better than those of the control group, P＜0.05; The success rate of breastfeeding in the research group was higher than that in the control group, P＜0.05; The satisfaction of postpartum women in the research group was higher than that in the control group, P＜0.05.Conclusion: Standardized accompanying care for midwives throughout the entire process can effectively shorten the duration of labor, improve negative emotions, and increase nursing satisfaction.Active promotion can be considered.
