目的:探讨对颌骨骨折患者实施颌间牵引钉联合微型钛板内固定治疗的效果及对对其预后的改善作用.方法:选择2021年5月-2022年5月我院收治颌骨骨折患者80例,按随机数表的方式将其分为两组,对照组40例牙弓夹板联合微型钛板内固定术治疗,研究组40例颌间牵引钉联合微型钛板内固定治疗,比较手术治疗效果、治疗前后牙周相关指数、口腔颌面功能以及并发症.结果:研究组手术治疗优良率为95.00％,高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后研究组DI、GI、PI指数评分各为(1.62±0.32)、(1.37±0.45)、(1.4
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of interjaw traction nail combined with micro titanium plate and improve the prognosis.Methods: Select from May 2021-May 2022, it was divided into two groups, control group, 40 cases of dental arch splint combined with miniature titanium plate internal fixation treatment, study group 40 cases of interjaw traction nail combined with miniature titanium plate internal fixation treatment, compared the surgical effect, periodontal related index before and after treatment, oral and maxillofacial function and complications.Results: The rate of surgical treatment in the study group was 95.00％, higher than the control group (P＜0.05); DI, GI and PI index scores were (1.62±0.32), (1.37±0.45) and (1.46±0.47), which were lower than the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of maxillofacial function, opening function and chewing function were (0.52±0.21), (0.48±0.19) and (0.39±0.14), respectively, which were lower than the control group (P＜0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 7.50％, lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The effect of intermaxillary traction nail combined with micro titanium plate internal fixation is ideal, which can effectively improve the periodontal related index and oral and maxillofacial function, and the risk of postoperative complications is low, which is worth popularizing.
