Objective To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing intervention in elderly patients with COPD and its impact on lung function and quality of life.Methods: From March 2021 to November 2022, a total of 88 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group.The control group and observation group received routine nursing and clinical nursing intervention respectively, with the improvement of lung function as the observation index.Results: The lung function of the observation group was better than that of the control group after nursing (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing intervention in elderly patients with COPD is beneficial to the improvement of lung function and quality of life.
