摘要
目的:对家庭随访及心理护理干预在抑郁症患者护理中的临床效果加以探析,并观察其对患者心理状况及生活质量的影响.方法:抽选我院自2021年3月至2023年2月所接诊的抑郁症患者68例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分作常规组与干预组,前者采取常规护理干预措施,在此前提下,对后者再予以家庭随访及心理护理干预措施.对以上两组患者的心理状况及生活质量改善情况进行观察与比较.结果:两组患者干预前HAMD评分对比,无明显差异(P＞0.05);干预组干预后HAMD评分低于本组干预前及常规组干预后,存在显著性差异(P＜0.
Abstract
Objective The clinical effect of family follow-up and psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with depression was analyzed, and its influence on the psychological status and quality of life of patients was observed.MethodsA total of 68 patients with depression treated in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into routine group and intervention group.The former group received routine nursing intervention measures, and the latter were given family follow-up and psychological nursing intervention measures.The psychological condition and the improvement of quality of life in the above two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The HAMD score of the intervention group after intervention was lower than that of the control group before intervention and after intervention, and there was significant difference (P＜0.05).The scores of psychology, physiology, independence and environmental impact before intervention were compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The psychological, physiological, independent and environmental effects of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group before intervention and after intervention, with significant differences(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group (94.12％) was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (76.47％), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.221, P＜0.05).Conclusion Family follow-up and psychological nursing intervention for patients with depression, nursing effect is obvious, can improve the psychological condition of patients, and can improve their quality of life, it is worth in clinical vigorously promote.
