Objective To explore the application effect of family-oriented early nursing intervention in NICU premature infants.Methods: 66 premature infants were taken from the NICU of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022, and were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.The control group received traditional nursing and the observation group received family-oriented early nursing intervention. Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher DQ and higher scores of parental nursing skills (P; The rate of pure breast feeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the feeding intolerance was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Family-oriented early nursing intervention for NICU premature infants can improve parents'' awareness of breastfeeding, growth and development, reduce feeding intolerance, and improve DQ development.
