Abstract
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound examination in the differential diagnosis of hysteromyoma and adenomyoma. Methods: From May 2021 to May 2022, 50 patients with hysteromyoma (hysteromyoma group) and 50 patients with adenomyoma (adenomyoma group) were selected in the hospital. Both patients were examined by transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, and the blood flow parameters and Adler classification of the two groups were compared and analyzed. At the same time, the results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic effect of combined transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Results: The resistance index of uterine artery in patients with hysteromyoma (0.48 0.11) was lower than that in patients with hysteromyoma. The pulsatility index (1.58 0.22) was higher than that of patients with adenomyoma (P<0.05).At the same time, there was no significant difference in uterine artery systolic and diastolic blood flow velocity between the two groups (P>0.05).The rates of grade 0 and grade I in Adler classification in hysteromyoma group were 4.00% and 18.00%, respectively, which were lower than those in adenomyoma group. The rates of grade II and III were 44.00% and 34.00% respectively, which were higher than those of adenomyoma group (P<0.05).The accuracy of combined abdominal and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in detecting hysteromyoma and adenomyoma was 98.00% and 96.00%, respectively, and there was no significant difference compared with pathological gold standard (P>0.05).Conclusion: Hysteromyoma and adenomyoma can be effectively differentiated by ultrasound examination of blood flow parameters, Adler classification and other differences, and the accuracy of combined examination of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is high, which is worth popularizing.
