摘要
目的:探讨老年窦性心律不齐(SA)的临床特点及其治疗效果.方法:选择2020年1月～2022年12月我院收治的老年SA患者110例研究,随机分组法分为两组,包括对照组(普罗帕酮)与观察组(胺碘酮),每组55例,对比效果.结果:两组临床特点比较,在诱因、临床表现特征、病症类型上,组间无显著差异(P＞0.05);观察组(胺碘酮)总有效率更高,而不良反应率更低,同时治疗后生活质量评分更高,与对照组(普罗帕酮)差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:老年SA患者诱因以高血压为主,其次还包括糖尿病、情绪易燥、喜饮浓茶等,而
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effects of sinus arrhythmia (SA) in old age.Methods: 110 elderly SA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.The randomization method was divided into two groups, including control group (propafenone) and observation group (amiodarone), 55 cases in each group, the comparative effect.Results: Comparing the two clinical characteristics, there was no significant difference between groups in inducement, clinical manifestation characteristics, and disease type (P＞0.05); the observation group (amiodarone) had higher total response rate, lower adverse reaction rate, and higher quality of life score after treatment, which was significantly different from the control group (propatenone) (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Elderly SA patients mainly hypertension, followed by diabetes, emotional dryness, drink strong tea, etc.The clinical manifestations besides hypertension symptoms, accompanied by palpitations, chest tightness, etc., and electrocardiogram examination mainly non-respiratory SA; clinical treatment, amiodarone treatment, compared with propafenone, not only can improve the curative effect, improve the quality of life of patients, and higher safety, worthy of application.
