Objective To summarize the significance of prolonging the nursing observation time during the recovery period of treadmill exercise ECG load test.Methods:Select 50 patients who came to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 as observation objects, and divide them into control group (25 cases) and experimental group (25 cases) according to computer grouping method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the experimental group were given extended nursing observation time.The nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results: The ST-T depression of the ECG will occur only at the 4th to 10th minute.The patients with severe ischemic symptoms include arrhythmia and shock, 2 and 1 respectively.The patients are not safe after timely treatment; The total effective rate of nursing care of patients in the experimental group was 100.0％ and the total satisfaction rate of nursing care was 100.0％.The total effective rate of nursing care of patients in the control group was 80.00％ and the total satisfaction rate of nursing care was 76.00％.The data difference was significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: It is of great significance to prolong the nursing observation time in the treadmill exercise ECG load test, which can ensure the life safety of patients and can be widely applied.
