摘要
目的:对眼底激光与雷珠单抗联合在糖尿病性视网膜病变患者疾病治疗中的临床运用效果进行观察与探析.方法:抽选我院于2021年1月至2023年1月所接诊的62例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,并对其进行回顾性分析;按随机数字表法将其分作对照组与观察组(各31例),前者予以眼底激光治疗,后者予以眼底激光和雷珠单抗治疗.对上述两组患者的治疗总有效率、视网膜厚度、眼底出血吸收时间、视网膜水肿改善时间、并发症发生率等情况观察与比较.结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率(93.55％)明显高于对照组患者(74.19％),
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of fundus laser combined with leizumab in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 62 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects and analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control group and observation group (31 cases each) according to random number table method. The former group received fundus laser treatment,the latter received fundus laser treatment and leizumab treatment.The total effective rate,retinal thickness,absorption time of fundus hemorrhage, improvement time of retinal edema and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group (93.55％) was significantly higher than that of control group (74.19％), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.292,P＜0.05).The retinal thickness of observation group was higher than that of control group after treatment, but the absorption time of fundus hemorrhage and the improvement time of retinal edema were significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The complication rate of observation group (6.45％) was significantly lower than that of control group (25.81％), with statistical significance (χ2=4.292,P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of fundus laser and leizumab for patients with diabetic retinopathy has a good effect, can improve the visual acuity level of patients, and has fewer complications, high safety, and has the value of clinical promotion.
