Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on postoperative endometriosis cyst of ovary, and further demonstrate the rational application of rapid surgical rehabilitation through postoperative pain score, coagulation index and inflammatory factors.Methods: 150 patients undergoing gynecological surgery in Anshan Central Hospital from October 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.Three indexes of postoperative C-reactive protein, leukocytes and D-dimer were collected and analyzed.To explore the correlation between rapid rehabilitation surgery and laparoscopic postoperative recovery, so as to provide clinical basis for better realization of early prevention, early treatment and early recovery.Results: Before operation, there was no significant difference in C-reactive protein, leukocyte and D-dimer between observation group and control group.General data were comparable.The CRP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 24 hours after operation, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=15.635, P＜0.001).The white blood cell level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24h and 72h after operation, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=4.382, 3.948, P＜0.001).The D-dimer level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=6.361, P＜0.001).VAS score at 6h, 48h and 72h after surgery showed that the observation group was lower than the control group (t=24.084,3.703,8.065,P＜0.001), while the postoperative VAS score at 24h (t=0.305, P＞0.05) showed no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: For the patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for ovarian endometriosis cyst, rapid rehabilitation surgery can reduce the risk of postoperative infection and thrombosis, relieve the pain of the patients, and make the patients.
