Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods: 58 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study, and the subjects were divided into groups by random number table method.Among them, 29 patients in the reference group received routine nursing, and 29 patients in the observation group received cluster nursing.Study and compare the nursing conditions of patients from both sides.Results: The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction, less anxiety and depression, better wound healing, fewer complications, better operation and physiological stress response than the control group, and lower incidence of inflammatory intestinal obstruction (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of cluster nursing in gastrointestinal surgery can reduce the incidence of inflammatory intestinal obstruction and improve the wound healing rate, which has clinical application value.
