Objective To explore the nursing observation and health education of liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding after hepatitis B.Methods: From October 2021 to October 2022, a total of 96 patients with post hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding were selected, and 48 patients in the observation group and 48 patients in the control group were selected by random number table.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given health education on the basis of routine nursing, and the effect was observed as an indicator.Results: The observation group was better than the control group in terms of health knowledge and compliance (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The overall effect of health education is ideal and can be popularized.
