Objective To investigate the effect of focusing on solution mode nursing in patients with dangerous placenta previa (DPP) combined with placental implantation (PA).Methods A total of 74 patients with DPP complicated with PA who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were enrolled, and 37 cases in each group were divided according to the random number table method. The control group received routine basic nursing, and the observation group carried out focused solution mode nursing based on the intervention conditions of the control group, and compared the psychological stress status [Anxiety and Depression Self-rating Scale (SAS and SDS)], disease cognition and delivery outcomes before and after the intervention between the two groups. Results The scores of the Psychological Stress Status Scale (SAS and SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disease awareness of patients in the observation group (94.59%) was higher than that in the control group (78.38%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the 1min Apgar score and birth body weight of the newborn were greater than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Solution-focused nursing can effectively reduce the psychological stress of DPP and PA patients, enhance their disease awareness, and improve delivery outcomes.
