Abstract
Objective Retrospective analysis of clinical cases to understand adverse drug reactions of cephalosporins and their prevention and coping strategies. Methods Sixty patients with cephalosporins were selected for retrospective analysis. After routine medication management in the control group, medication management and treatment plans were readjustedaccording to the medication related effects in the observation group, and drug use in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of nervous system adverse reactions was 23.33% (7/30) in the control group receiving conventional medication management, and 10.00% (3/30) in the observation group receiving improved medication management. The incidence of adverse reactions of digestive system was 16.67% (5/30) in the control group receiving conventional medication management, and 10.00% (3/30) in the observation group receiving improved medication management. The incidence of respiratory adverse reactions was 3.33% (1/30) in the control group receiving conventional medication management, and 3.33% (1/30) in the observation group receiving improved medication management. The incidence of anaphylaxis was 6.67% (2/30) in the control group receiving conventional medication management and 6.67% (2/30) in the observation group receiving improved medication management. Conclusion Nephrotoxicity, digestive system, circulatory system, central nervous system, urinary system and allergic reaction are the main manifestations of adverse drug reactions of cephalosporins. It is necessary to pay attention to the dosage and compatibility of patients, and timely detect the liver and kidney function of patients for prevention and response.
