Objective To explore the clinical value of combined use of immune function and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: 80 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were randomly selected for retrospective analysis. They were divided into SIRS group (systemic inflammatory response syndrome) and non- SIRS group, with 38 cases and 42 cases respectively.Their immune function indexes and hs-CRP indexes were compared. Results: The levels of IgA, CD3+and CD4+in SIRS group were lower than those in non-SIRS group, while the indexes of hs-CRP and IgG in SIRS group were higher than those in non-SIRS group;, The positive rate of the combination of the two tests was higher (P.Conclusion: The combined detection of immune function and hs- CRP has a significant effect in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia, which is helpful to judge the severity of the patient''s condition.
