Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention on blood glucose monitoring and metabolic makers in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 100 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups(50 cases). The control group the observation group received routine nursing, pertinent nursing, and the compliance of blood glucose monitoring, glucose metabolism index, self management behavior score and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results: The total compliance rate of self blood glucose monitoring and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the blood glucose in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05), and self management behavior score was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing can effectively improve the compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes and improve glycometabolism.
