This article starts with the topic of clinical nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Objective: To study the effect of clinical nursing on the recovery of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: Select our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 In the past two years, patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were used as experimental samples. A total of 50 patients were treated. Of them, 20 were treated with traditional treatment methods and were treated for surgery. Within three days, their families had to go through hospital procedures to go home for mursing. In addition, 30 people were admitted to the hospital for observation for one month. Clinical nurses were used by professional nurses to compare the difference in treatment recovery between the two groups. This provided a feasible strategy for clinical care of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. (P>0.05) Result: Correct clinical care has a positive effect on the cure of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
