Objective to explore the problems and solutions of antibacterial drugs in clinical application. Methods: 40 cases of antibacterial drugs in our hospital were selected from may, 2016 to may, 2017, and analyzed and explored from the irrational use of antibacterial drugs and corresponding countermeasures. The results of Due to medical personnel with professional knowledge don't understand, lead to improper drug selection in the process of drug use, improper drug usage and dosage, and lack of monitoring system in the management of hospital for drug is the abuse of antibiotics. Conclusion must strengthen medical personnel understanding of professional knowledge, earnestly implement the pharmacist function, establish and improve the drug management monitoring system, make standard of the use of antibiotics, strengthen the social from all walks of life's emphasis on antimicrobial agents, intensify the government related department intervention, ensure medication safety and effectiveness.
