摘要
近几年国内医患关系日趋紧张,究其原因主要是不够完善的政策制度等多元因素.虽然国家已经为改善医患关系作出一系列的举措,也收到了不错的成效,但是仍然存留一些问题需要进一步完善.此外,医患双方也应该从加强自身素养,改善沟通技巧等方面入手,共同努力营造和谐的医患关系.
Abstract
Due to multifrious causes such as the deficient policy, the doctors and patients are undergoing strained relations in recent years. Although the government has taken some steps to improve the situation and yield some good effects, there still remain problems to be settled. In addition, doctors and patients should also strengthen their self-cultivation and enhance the communication skills in order to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
