早期康复治疗对膝关节周围损伤患者功能恢复的影响效果分析

中文摘要：目的：：观察早期康复治疗对促进膝关节周围损伤患者功能恢复的影响。方法：选取来我院骨科就诊的膝关节周围损伤患者100例，随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例，对照组采用常规治疗及护理方法，观察组采用常规护理及治疗方法并加用早期康复治疗的方法。观察结束时记录患者的住院时间、下床活动时间、家属满意程度以及膝关节的功能恢复情况等。结果：观察组家属对治疗满意程度优于对照组，观察组住院时间及下床活动时间较对照组短，两组膝关节的功能恢复情况相比较，观察组优良率为96．00％，对照组的优良率为66．00％，二者的差异具有统计学的意义(P＜0．05)。结论：早期康复治疗方法在膝关节周围损伤患者功能恢复中的效果比常规治疗方法效果显著，受到患者及家属的一致好评，减少了护患之间的矛盾，值得在临床推广应用。

外文摘要：Objective:To investigate ef ect of early rehabilitation treatment on the functional recovery of patients with injuries of knee joint.Methods:100 cases with injuries of knee joint in orthopedics deG partment of our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was given conventional therapy and routine nursing, while the observation group was based on the control group and was given early rehabilitation therapy.Hospitalization time,ambulation time,family satisfaction rate and knee joint function recovery of two groups was compared.Result:Family satisfaction rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Hospitalization time and ambulation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excel ent and good rate of knee joint function of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation in treatment of the functional recovery of patients with injuries of knee joint has a remarkable ef ect,get good satisfaction rate from patients and their family members,reduce the contradiction between nurses and patients,and it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
