摘要
目的：：通过对内科护理人员积极倾听能力的调查分析，找出影响倾听能力的有关因素，提出相应措施，更好的提高护理质量。方法：对内科系统的200名护理人员采用倾听商数量表进行问卷测试。结果：不同科室的、学历不同的护理人员积极倾听能力在统计学上无差异，不同职称的护理人员倾听能力在统计学上有差异。结论：职称低的护理人员积极倾听能力比职称高的护理人员积极倾听能力低，护理管理层需要加强对职称低的护士极倾听能力的培养，优化护理工作流程，让护士有较多时间倾听患者的声音，提高患者满意度。护理人员同时加强自身学习，提高倾听能力。
Abstract
Objective:Through the investigation of active listening ability for internal medicine nursing staf ,found out the related factors that af ect listening ability and put forward the corresponding measures to improve the quality of nursing.Methods:Questionnaire test was conducted among 200 internal medicine nurses by listening quotient scale test.Result:The nurse’s active listening ability was no statistical dif erences in dif erent departments and dif erent degree,and was statistical dif erences in dif erent titles.Conclusion:The active listening ability for Low title of nursing staf was lower than high title of nursing staf .Nursing management personnel needed to strengthen the nurse's listening ability,optimized the nursing process,let nurses have more time to listen to the voices of patients and imG proved patient satisfaction.At the same time,the nursing staf should strengthen their own learning to improve the ability of listening.
