摘要
目的：：探讨牙周病与糖尿病的关系.方法：将120例伴有糖尿病的牙周病患者分三组,每组40例.A组牙周病与糖尿病同时治疗；B组单纯治疗牙周病,C组单纯治疗糖尿病.检测三组血清 C反应蛋白水平、糖化血红蛋白及血糖水平等指标.结果：A组各指标均显著低于B、C 两组(P＜0．05).结论：牙周病与糖尿病有显著相关性,二者应同时治疗.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between periodontal disease and diabetes mel itus.Methods:120 cases of patients with periodontal disease accompanied with diabetes were divided into three groups,40 cases in eachgroup.A group of periodontal disease and diabetes and treatment;B group received the treatment of periodontal disease,C group received the treatment of diabetes.Index detecG tion of three groups of serum level of C reactive protein,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose level.Result:In A group were significantly lower than that of B,the index of C in the two groups(P<0. 05).Conclusion:There was a significant correlation between periodontal disease and diabetes should be treated at the same time,two.
