Research on the Meticulous Nursing Care in Preventing the General Surgery Surgical Incision Infection in Operating Room
Objective:Provide theoretical basis and practice basis for the application value of meticulous nursing care in operating room general surgery incision infection prevention.Methods:Make 470 caG ses of general surgery patients treated in our hospital operating room from March 2012 to September 2013 as the research object.Patients randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group,235 cases of patients accepted routine nursing care,observation group of 235 patients in the control group,on the basis of conventional nursing care,to accept the fine care.Result:The incision infection rate of control group patients was 4.27%,the incision infection rate of observation group was 1.28%,compared with observation group and control group patients with incision significantly higher risk of inG fections,significant dif erence comparing the two groups(P<0.05),statistical y significant;Control the average hospitalization time was(29.3±4.1),observation group of patients average hospitalization time was(22.9±2.2)d,compared with observation group,control group patients hospitalized time significantly longer,significant dif erence comparing the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion:Meticulous nursing care to patients of general surgery can ef ectively reduce the risk of infection of incision,and do much good to promote early rehabilitation for patients,it is suitable for clinical application.
