小儿复方赖氨酸颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果及安全性观察

中文摘要：目的：：对小儿复方赖氨酸颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果及安全性进行观察，为日后的临床治疗提供参考。方法：选择2010年1月－2013年2月前来我院治疗的厌食症患儿158例为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组，每组患儿79例。观察组患儿给予小儿复方赖氨酸颗粒治疗，对照组患儿给予常规治疗，对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果：经过一段时间的临床治疗，发现观察组治愈65例(82．3％)，复发3例(3．8％)，总有效率为98．88％。对照组治愈50例(63．3％)，复发9例(11．4％)，总有效率为73．4％，两组患儿比较差异有统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论：小儿复方赖氨酸颗粒对小儿厌食症有比较好的治疗效果，值得在临床中推广应用。

外文摘要：Objective:To observe the clinical ef ect and safety of Pediatric Compound Lysine Granules treating infantile anorexia,provides the reference for the clinical treatment of the future.Methods:Select 2010 January-2013 year in February anorexia children came to our hospital treatment of 158 patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 79 cases.The observation group were given compound lysine granules treatment,the control group were given conventional treatment,the clinical therapeutic ef ect of two groups were compared.Result:After clinical treatment for a period of time,it is found that the observation group 65 cases were cured (82.3%),3 cases of recurrence (3.8%),the total ef iciency is 98.88%.The control group cured 50 cases (63.3%),9 cases of recurrence (11.4%),the total ef iciency of 73.4%,two groups had a significant dif erence,P<0.05.Conclusion:Pediatric Compound Lysine Granules has better therapeutic ef ect on infantile anorexia,is worth in the clinical application.
