摘要
目的：：探讨选择性脊神经后根切断术(SPR术)并发脑脊液漏的相关因素和有效的护理措施。方法：选择2012年7月~2014年5月，痉挛性脑瘫患儿行 SPR术后，出现脑脊液漏11例，进行回顾性分析，总结该类病例护理过程中的注意事项及护理措施。结果：本组患者经过术后严密的病情观察，并采取相应的护理措施，脑脊液漏得到了有效的控制并停止，伤口愈合好，未出现感染病例。结论：采取积极有效、有针对性预防和护理措施，可明显减少 SPR术后脑脊液漏的发生，促进患者早日康复。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR)related factors of leakage of cerebrospinal fluid and ef ective nursing measures.Methods::In 2012 July~2014 year in May,chilG dren with spastic cerebral palsy after SPR,cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred in 1 1 cases,were retrospectively analyzed,matters needing attention and the nursing measures for thepatients of the nursing process.Result:In this group of patients after postoperative closeobservation,and to take appropriate care measures,cerebrospinal fluid leakage has been ef ectively control ed and stopped,the wound healed, no infection.Conclusion:To take ef ective,targeted prevention and care measures,can significantly reduce the occurrence of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after SPR operation,and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
