摘要
目的：：分析老年女性慢性心衰的临床特点，并分析病因与转归。方法：分析辽宁省朝阳市中心医院2013年1月至2013年12月住院的187例老年女性慢性心衰患者临床资料，对比同期住院男性心衰患者，在发病年龄、合并疾病、病死率、遵医嘱服药方面比较。结果：老年女性慢性心衰患者年龄大于男性，患心脏瓣膜病较男性多，射血分数保留的慢性心衰较男性多，遵医嘱较男性理想。两者在冠心病、高血压、糖尿病、心律失常等因素方面无显著差异。结论：关注老年女性慢性心衰特点，提高诊治水平，降低再住院率、死亡率。
Abstract
Objective:Analysis of the causes and prognosis of chronic heart failure in elderly women ,And analyzed the etiology and prognosis.Methods:Analysis in our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 December were 187 cases of elderly women with chronic heart failure in patients with clinical data,analysis of hospitalized patients with heart failure in men,age of onset,disease,death rate comparison. Result:Age of patients of chronic heart failure in senile female than male,patients with valvular heart disease than men,chronic heart failure with preserved ejection fraction more than men.No significant dif erence between the two in the aspects of coronary heart disease,diabetes,hypertension,arrhythmia and other factors.Conclusion:To understand the characteristics of elderly women with chronic heart failure can improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
