Clinical Research for the Treatment Omeprazole Combined with Stomach-recovering to Chronic Superficial Gastritis
Objective:Explore the curative ef ect of omeprazole combined with stomach-recovering to chronic superficial gastritis refering to the actual clinic experience.Methods:Make the 52 cases of paG tients with chronic superficial gastritis treated in our hospital from April 2012 to July 2013 as the research object.Patients are randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group paG tients simply taking omeprazole after admission;And observation group of patients taking omeprazole and stomach-recovering according to the conventional dose after admission.Result:After 4 weeks treatG ment,the il ness of two groups of patients both have improved significantly.Total ef ective rate of two groups of patients compared:the control group 69.2%(18/26),group 96.2%(25/26),group total efG fective rate significantly higher,compared the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The two drug’s combination can ef ectively improve the clinical symptoms and the treatment ef iG ciency,and wil create favorable conditions for patients for early rehabilitation,it is suitable for clinical application.
