Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the infection control of ICM
Objective:To explore the ef ect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the of infection control of ICU.Methods:268 patients from.Methods:2012 to March 2013 were divided into control group of 142 cases and 126 cases in the experimental group with the method of convenient sampling,the control group using conventional methods of infection control,the experimental group used to interG vene the comprehensive nursing measures,compared two groups of patients with infection rate and before and after the implementation of comprehensive nursing medical staf self-ef icacy intervention.ReG sult:The infection rate of the observation group was 21.13%,significantly higher than the experimental group 11.11%;and the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,medical staf self-ef icacy significantly better than before,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously reduce the infection rate of ICU,improve the medical personnel of hospital infection prevention and control of confidence,has certain clinical value.
